Summer holiday for youngsters at Lake Balaton

We offer two weeks beach holiday for youngsters in accessible holiday centre at Lake Balaton!

The Holiday Centre:

The Children and Youth Centre in the picturesque surroundings of Lake Balaton is designed especially for youngsters. It is situated on an area of 209 hectare; the houses of the Centre can accommodate around 3000 guests and offers all kinds of program possibilities.

On this huge area there are numerous sports facilities that include a sport hall, a stadium, fitness centre, aerobic hall, open-air sport areas, tennis courts, volley-ball court and a football area on the beach.

The Centre has its own long beach at Lake Balaton with green grass and shady trees.

All the services on the beach are accessible for wheelchair users, too and with the help of a hoist you can get into the water safely.

Within the area of the Youth Centre there are some a-la carte restaurants, drink bars, snack bars, cafés and you can find a supermarket, too. If you feel like dancing, you may go to the disco, which is also in the Centre.

Accommodation:

In accessible holiday house:

• In fully accessible triple rooms
• In partly accessible twin rooms

The holiday house has been renovated in 2008. There are 6 triple rooms, which are fully accessible and around 30 twin rooms (2 rooms sharing 1 bathroom) which do not have accessible bathrooms (though there is a public accessible toilet and bath in the building). There is a big kitchen/dining room for breakfast, 2 smaller and 1 bigger room for meetings and group activities. There is also possibility for cheaper accommodation in accessible single and double rooms in another building with shared bathroom.

Catering

Breakfast and dinner is served at the neighbouring hotel building's restaurant.
